first assessment SCREENING
Start with a first assessment screening, where we will perform a functional movement test to determine any limitations, log your body measurements to gather goal oriented data and perform a fittest to test your current fitness level.
You personal trainer will help you reach sustainable results that fit your lifestyle. Regular assessments will determine your progress and provide valuable information on how to enhance your personal development.
All PT sessions provide +/- 60 min. sessions with your personal coach, complementary coffee, tea, water & towel service
